Mentors also have the right and reach to communicate with the faculty and program team on your behalf. So, don’t hesitate to share your thoughts, questions, and concerns openly with your mentor, as this will help them tailor the mentorship to best support you. #### Put in the work Mentors are there to provide advice and feedback on your work, highlight areas you can grow and assist in addressing any blockers you may have. This feedback is to help you navigate challenges, refine your skills, and make meaningful contributions to the Bitcoin open-source community. None of these will be effective if they are not implemented — you need to actually put in the work. Keep an open mind and take in every feedback you receive with a positive attitude.
